Display on checkout

If you are on Shopify Plus, you can show the delivery date pickers right on your checkout. This allows a seamless experience that will also work if you are using Shop Pay.

Pre-requisites

• You must not use a custom checkout.liquid.

Enable checkout extension

To enable checkout extension, open the theme editor and select Checkout in the page selector:

Once redirected to the checkout editor, select Shipping on the page (if you are using the one-page checkout, you can skip this):

Then, click on the "Add app block" button:

Finally, select the "Delivery date" app block:

FAQ

• Does it work on Shop Pay? To show the delivery picker on Shop Pay, turn on Include app in Shop Pay after adding the app block.
• Attributes are not added to my order? When using the checkout extension, delivery pickers won't be visible if the order ships to a country that does not allow delivery date/time selection. As a consequence, no attributes will be captured.
